46 Watford Way

Living Quarters are proud to present 46 Watford Way a building that can house around 200 students. This will reduce pressure on family houses in the area that are currently used as student accommodation.

 

The proposed building seeks to house a new design led scheme in the heart of Hendon with a café on the ground floor that will be open to the public. Some of the proposed amenity/benefits of the new scheme include:

  •  A resident cinema room, a gym and a common Room. 
  •  Located metres away from Hendon Central Underground station on the Edgware Branch of the Northern Line, the site offers fantastic connections to Zone 1 London and beyond.
